Child Nutrition and Cooking with Maya Adam
This online nutrition course deals with contemporary child nutrition and how eating patterns and the culture of eating can affect one’s entire life. It will also teach you how to eat healthier both as an adult and as a child.

In terms of free online nutrition courses, this one sounds truly promising. It will teach you about superfoods, food labels, it will tell you your Weight Gain Probability Score, and it includes email support and a surprise bonus. This course has a lot of positive reviews and seems to be perfect for people for whom nutrition is a passion and who want to learn more about how to eat healthy.
Nutrition: Healthy Food for Better Living
This is one of the most extensive online nutrition courses out there, comprised of 3 separate courses: Nutrition and Health Part 1: Macronutrients and Overnutrition, Nutrition and Health Part 2: Micronutrients and Malnutrition, and Nutrition and Health Part 3: Food Safety.

Food Security and Sustainability: Systems Thinking and Environmental Sustainability
This online nutrition course promises to provide you with an introduction to the food production systems and to systems thinking, all the while focusing on environmental factors as well. It lasts for 6 weeks, with an effort of 8 to 10 hours per week, and it enjoys the expertise of no less than 5 instructors. The course is free, but it does not provide a certification at the end. In case you do want to get certified, you have to pay a sum of $49.
Nutrition and Wellbeing
A lot of online nutrition courses focus on health and wellbeing, and this one makes no exception. After taking this course, you will be able to evaluate nutritional information and apply what you’ve learned in your own life. It starts on 24/10/2016, it is also free, it lasts for 3 weeks (4 hours of work/week), but you also have to pay $49 if you want to receive a certification at the end.
